Known Issues

The issues listed below are valid for the latest version of the device firmware. If any other problem occurs, please report it to support@dronetag.cz. We are working hard to fix the errors as soon as possible.

Device freezes and cannot be turned on or off

Some unhandled error might happen during the device operation, which will transfer the device into an unresponsive state. Please charge the device and then do a hardware reset with an extra-long button press (4 s) to keep the device's state consistent.
